 Raising Awareness, Restoring Hope

If you or someone you know are in need of resources:

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month—a time to recognize the impact of abuse and to stand in solidarity with survivors.

We offer a safe space for survivors to share their stories, process their emotions, and feel seen. Remember, domestic violence doesn’t fit into neat categories. Every survivor’s journey is unique, influenced by their past, culture, and resilience.

During this month, let’s amplify the voices of survivors and stand together to promote healing and hope.

Finding Strength with Kariel

Kariel, LPC-A has openings in person and via telehealth!

Complete your intake forms online today and ask how you can be scheduled with her.

Kariel works with adolescents and adults, focusing on life skills, emotional development, and building healthy relationships. She is dedicated to creating a compassionate space where individuals can heal, grow, and move forward.

Her favorite part of being a counselor is witnessing the growth and transformation of her clients. "There’s something incredibly powerful about watching people reclaim their voice, their sense of self, and their strength. It’s fulfilling to help clients shift their perspectives and empower them to make choices that align with their values and goals," she said.

Kariel helps individuals view themselves with compassion and develop a deeper understanding of their emotions, behaviors, and patterns. "When clients realize they have the power to change their narrative, it can be liberating," she adds.

Her own experience overcoming personal challenges inspired Kariel to pursue counseling. "I saw the value of having someone guide me through difficult moments, and I knew I wanted to do the same for others." With a deep desire to uplift people, counseling became the natural fit for Kariel.
