The Thompson & Lichtner Co., Inc. is a woman-owned (WBE-SDO) small business that provides engineering, inspecting, analytical, testing, building envelope, and consulting services to the construction industry, particularly in areas of weatherproofing, moisture penetration, air and water penetration, and construction materials. For 129 years we have been dedicated to enabling our clients to achieve professional objective engineering solutions to construction industry problems, and to ensure cost-effective independent testing and quality control throughout the construction, repair, and renovation of both new and existing buildings. Our company backs this mission with the knowledge that our work helps keep buildings and people safe and healthy while contributing to energy efficiency.
