Fort Wayne, IN – Aging
& In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana, Inc. (AIHS) is relocating its corporate headquarters from 2927 Lake Avenue to 8101 W. Jefferson Blvd. The relocation is expected to begin this spring.
Located about 10 miles west of the current AIHS office, the new building was previously occupied by Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana and is located near the corner of West Jefferson Boulevard and Interstate 69 allowing for accessibility to the nine-county service area.
Some 110 AIHS employees will occupy all 27,000 square feet of the new office, with space for future growth and expansion of current service lines.
The current properties at 2927 and 3003 Lake Avenue will undergo renovation to allow for growth in AIHS’ integrated care program.
“We look forward to introducing an innovative model of integrated care for Medicare and Medicaid-eligible clients utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach to their acute and long-term care services,” said AIHS President and CEO Connie Benton Wolfe.
