Hello Friends,

A midweek check-in, here:

We’ve been quiet in the noise.

Winter is for tending what isn’t visible.

We don’t rush the thaw.

But now, by Providence, we’re gently nudged toward the first signs of green and bud — not newly planted, but emerging from roots set deep over eleven years, tended and kept — a quiet signal that gathering season is near.

It’s how we’ve always done it.

We don’t host events.

We build seasons.

Seasons of soil work and planting.

Seasons where strangers become familiar faces.

Seasons that unfold slowly, intentionally, beautifully.

This year marks our 11th season of gathering you here.

Not as a venue.

Not as a trend.

But as a rhythm to step into.

There are four ways the 2026 season will unfold:

Locavore Supper Club (Founding Year)

A circle of 30.

Six private Friday evenings.

Wine tastings woven through the meal.

Table pop-ups set in different corners of the property — orchard, prairie, pasture.

But more than that, we take time to learn you.

A childhood dish you’ve never forgotten may quietly return — reimagined through the season’s harvest.

A preferred wine style may shape the pairings for the evening.

A milestone may be honored without announcement, simply woven into the table.

Each supper remains communal — yet subtly attuned to the people seated there.

A blend of belonging and personal nuance, where the experience evolves because you are part of it.

Hands-on moments with both chef and farmer.

Conversations that linger longer than the courses.

And at the end of each evening, a curated farm box of your own — filled with the harvest and provisions from the night you just shared.

For those who want to belong — and to dive deeper. Learn more.

Because that’s how seasons work.

They unfold.

Until next time,

“He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season.
