It's helpful to identify the exhibitors you want to visit before HPBExpo26 begins. With live demonstrations, new product launches, and hands-on learning opportunities, there’s plenty to explore. Stop, ask questions, and take photos when permitted.

👟 Pack comfortable shoes – There’s a lot to see and do, so be ready to explore.

🚶‍♀️‍➡️Plan your must-see stops, but don’t be afraid to wander – Some of the best discoveries happen when you explore new booths and uncover products you didn’t even know you were looking for.

✈️ Know Before You Go

✈️ Travel Advisory: Plan extra time for airport security when traveling to and from HPBExpo26. Security wait times may be longer than usual, so we recommend arriving at the airport earlier than you normally would for both your flight to New Orleans and your return flight home.

Pick Up Your Badge Onsite

All pre-registered badges can be picked up at the Express Badge Pick-up counter using a QR code confirmation letter. Original email confirmations will also be accepted. Badges will not be mailed.

All education is included with your Expo registration and is held in one of two show floor classrooms or in the outdoor classroom.
