We cordially invite you to the
Eleven Regions, One Future:
Celebrating the Impact of Water Planning in Georgia
Join us as we celebrate more than 15 years of regional water planning and the dedicated people whose leadership, collaboration, and vision have helped shape Georgia's water future. Since the formation of Georgia's ten Regional Water Planning Councils, council members, agency partners, local governments, utilities, agricultural leaders, researchers, and community stakeholders have worked together to develop practical, science-based solutions that support sustainable water resources and strengthen communities across our state.
This celebration will honor the lasting contributions of those who have served Georgia's Regional Water Planning Councils, recognize the partnerships that have advanced water planning, and celebrate the shared commitment that continues to guide this important work. Together, we'll celebrate the unique character of each region and the collective impact of water planning in Georgia as we look toward the future.
All current and former Council and Metro Water District Members, as well as those recently nominated to serve, are warmly encouraged to attend. Please RSVP for the Tuesday event and Monday reception if you can join!
