Hopefully by now you've seen our  We Got This LG!  signs around Town. This is our campaign to help Los Gatos now through recovery. We are just starting out, but will try to introduce a new component each week that will help us get through this crisis. Our call to action is to keep our local businesses afloat, while we all manage through these unusual times. We are looking for fun ways keep Los Gatos positive and full of community spirit. We'd love to hear any ideas you have! Later this week look for an opportunity to be entered into a raffle when you shop at our local businesses.

Be safe!

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
2020 Census - Shape Your Future
Just a reminder to complete the Census 2020 - if you haven't done so already.

Every 10 years, the U.S. Census Bureau counts every resident in the nation. A complete and accurate count is essential because the data collected determines the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House of Representatives, and is also used to distribute billions of dollars in federal funds to local communities. More than 70 federal programs, including education, health, and transportation, use Census numbers as part of their funding formulas.

Be counted! Make sure Santa Clara County and California receives our fair share of federal funds.
Town of Los Gatos website
The Town of Los Gatos has compiled a very comprehensive page of Covid-19 messages and resources. It outlines how all the Town departments are functioning throughout this crisis. In addition, it has resources for businesses and individuals, as well as ways you can volunteer.
Coronavirus Update
For the latest updates, please visit Santa Clara County Public Health.
Alex Hult, owner and founder of Flights Restaurants, immediately reacted to shelter-in-place order across the Bay Area in the wake of the national crisis. He wanted to keep his employees and other restaurant workers in Los Gatos employed. And began #FeedtheNeedBayArea.
#FEEDtheNEEDBAYAREA  is an community-driven emergency fund to provide immediate economic relief to the most vulnerable citizens in the Los Gatos area, including seniors, displaced employees working in Los Gatos businesses, and medical workers at our local hospitals.

With the help of your donations, our team of volunteers, neighboring restaurants, and community agencies provides FREE hot meals to local non-profit agencies, local hospitals, shut-in senior citizens, and low-income families in the Los Gatos area.

#FEEDtheNEEDBAYAREA  allows Los Gatos restaurants keep a portion of their staff employed by preparing meals at a flat rate.

DONATE NOW:   Every $10 donation = 1 hot meal for someone in need.

Donations can also be mailed to Los Gatos Chamber Hospitality Fund, 10 Station Way, Los Gatos, CA 95030

Thank you for helping us #FeedTheNeed.
