Dear FlyLady,
My husband and I worked in the yard today to make our home look nice for the Fourth of July. We needed a head start. We worked so hard I missed the morning show and Tea Time.
Here in Florida today was 95° and in the sun It feels much hotter. I'm glad I had my large FlyLady water bottle that I got from the Last chance section of the Flyshop.
I am also very happy that I bought two of her new purple kitchen towels. Another helpful use for the kitchen towel is to dry off my hair when I soaked my head with cold water so I can keep working outside. Another nice use for the towel is to keep it wet and have it around my neck to keep my neck cool.
I have sports towels that are made out of a special material but it's not made as nice as the FlyLady towel for that use.
I'm so grateful for your products. I just ordered more towels.

FlyLady here: This is such a great idea. I'll bet it would be good to keep on the the freezer for those super hot days.

I LOVE THE NEW KITCHEN TOWELS! I have (and still use) the old set of the 7 days-of-the-week dish towels, and a set each of the ones with sayings (Go Me, Progress Not Perfection, I’m Flying, Just 15 Minutes, You’re Not Behind, Why Not Today). I was thinking I didn’t need any of the new ones, but I have been a FlyBaby since I think 2003, and you’ve helped me immensely. I truly think of you as a dear friend or the big sister I always wished for, someone I love and cherish and think of with love and fondness EVERY SINGLE DAY, and I wanted to support you and what you do for all of us, so I recently purchased three of the new lovely lavender dish towels.
Oh my gosh! I’m LOVING these! They are nice and big and SUPER absorbent! They look pretty in my kitchen and I find myself using them much more than my other dish towels because they are the SUPERSTARS of dish towels!
I use them to dry dishes, my hands, my countertops, and for wiping out my shiny sink after I run water in it. They soak up every last drop of water and make keeping my sink shiny so much faster and easier. PLUS, I shake it out after I use it and hand it to dry and I can’t believe how quickly they dry!
They’re awesome! I am SO glad that I got 3! I have purchased (and use and love) just about every single tool you have ever made, but these are some of my absolute favorites. Five stars! A perfect 10! I did put mine in the dryer accidentally the first time and they shrunk a tiny bit, but they are still just as wonderful!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do for all of us and for your big love-filled Purple Heart. You have been with me through raising my 3 children (now fabulous adults aged 32, 30, and 36), a divorce, a marriage, another divorce , several moves, several jobs, and more ups and downs, highs and lows than I can count…you’ve taught me the absolutely priceless lesson of how to finally love myself…and you are loved, respected, honored, and appreciated more than I have words to express.
