Mapping Out the Future
February 15, 10:30 am-1:30 pm at Spelman College
Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby Academic Center
350 Spelman Lane, Atlanta, GA 30314
We hope you have been enjoying your time inside. The sun has melted away much of the ice and snow. So we are still planning on having our next GIRL$ Program tomorrow at Spelman College.
Please let us know if we should expect you by registering Here We have plenty of room, but need to properly plan. So TODAY is the last day to register.
Please spread the word, register and bring girls 12-19 years old out for information, inspiration, empowerment, and a tour of campus. Hear from a student who overcame homelessness and reached her dream of going to Spelman College. The Spelman young ladies are super excited about mentoring girls and so are we!
All GIRL$ Programs are free and meals are provided. TODAY is the last day to register for GIRL TALK tomorrow at Spelman College.
We HEART You and appreciate your participation in our programs, your donations, and help in making a difference in the lives of metropolitan Atlanta girls!
Happy Valentines Day!

Prom Dress Giveaway Registration
Registration for our mobile prom dress giveaway boutiques is open. The Enchanted Closet has scheduled two dates for distributing formal dresses at mobile boutiques. They are
March 15 at New Vision Christian Church in Forest Park and March 29 at GSU's Rialto Center for the Arts in downtown Atlanta. After the scheduled giveaways, we will continue to outfit girls at our permanent boutique. Girls may register at Student Registration.
Volunteer Registration for our 2014 Prom Dress Giveaways on March 15 and March 29 is open.
We will setup a boutique on these days for teenage girls to come and "shop" for dresses and will need volunteers to help with setup, selection of prom attire and accessories, and cleanup. Setup and cleanup will take place during the first and last shifts of each day. Volunteers are asked to sign-up for a minimum of one 2-hour shift, but signing up for 2 or more shifts is greatly appreciated. You can select your preference for shifts on our online volunteer registration form, and MUST confirm your shift(s) at the mandatory volunteer orientation.
The minimum age to volunteer is 18 with the exception of girls in our GIRL$ Service-Learning Program, and teens who are volunteering with a parent or guardian or are members of an approved youth-led community service group.
