I hit a nerve with our Organized Chaos topic last week. WOW.
Tons of engagement from all of you. Thank you... Small businesses especially solopreneurs are always running ragged in their efforts to keep up with all that needs to be done. As I mentioned last week, I do it through our daily to do list -- it helps keep me focused all day. But that is not the only thing I do..
The to do list is #1. #2 is I use a CRM with automated reminders, tasks and even templates for letters I send out on a regular basis. I use an appointment calendar that gives my customers and leads access to my calendar to eliminate the guess work and lag time in response trying to set up appointments and so much more. It saves me hours of work each week. And, #3, I have a virtual assistant who helps with the day to day tasks... (Stephanie has hours available if interested -
