Twin Vee PowerCats Launches Next Gen BoatsForSale.com Marketplace for Buyers and Sellers

On Tuesday, Twin Vee announced the full launch of its newly enhanced BoatsForSale.com platform, a major step in the Company's strategy to become a dominant player in the online boat listing marketplace.

Following the acquisition of the technology in February, the Twin Vee team has focused on significant upgrades aimed at improving the user experience for buyers, sellers, and dealers. A key feature is the new AI-driven natural language search engine, which allows users to find boats using simple, conversational phrases, a functionality the company believes sets it apart from competitors. The company has also made substantial progress in search engine optimization.

Other advancements include a new dashboard for dealers offering better insights and inventory management, and an AI-powered listing automation tool that creates professional-grade listings from photos, saving sellers time. The Company's Chief Information Officer, Tom Huffman, expressed confidence in the platform's ability to compete with and disrupt the marine industry's major players.

Honoring Scott Henley

On Tuesday, Twin Vee released a video remembering Scott Henley. Scott was a legendary figure in the marine industry and the visionary founder of Bahama Boats. His passing was both tragic and sudden, and it is a heartbreaking loss.

Scott was a truly larger-than-life personality. His journey in boat manufacturing was nothing short of mesmerizing, and his passion for building exceptional products was infectious. He was a personal inspiration to Joseph, who first met Scott a decade ago and was in awe of the quality and craftsmanship of the Bahama Boats line. Over the years, that admiration grew into a friendship, and Scott had become a part of the Twin Vee family.

The Jade Rose - Ken Cox and Andrew Meyer

This week, our Owner Spotlight is on Ken Cox and Andrew Meyer from Cape Canaveral, Florida. Business colleagues in the construction industry, Ken and Andrew are also lifelong diehard offshore fishermen who teamed up five years ago to build a business division together. When Andrew and his family moved to Orlando to join Ken on their new venture, they sought a bigger and better boat.

Their boat, a Twin Vee 400 GFX2, is named The Jade Rose. The name is a combination of Ken's daughter's middle name, Jade, and Andrew's daughter's middle name, Rose.

When it came to finding the right boat, Ken and Andrew approached the research with the same thoroughness they apply to business. They researched different boats for nearly a year, and sea trialed several of them before going with Twin Vee. They found that the Twin Vee offered the best bang for the buck, providing the perfect platform and features they wanted at a great price point.

Ken and Andrew were also quick to praise the customer service they received from Twin Vee. They noted that Twin Vee takes pride in their boats and that customer service is "second to none." They added that Twin Vee’s Vice President, Preston Yarborough, has always been responsive and helpful since they purchased their 400 GFX2.

The duo uses their boat for a wide range of activities, from competing in fishing tournaments to making Bahama crossings, and other distant trips. The Jade Rose is mostly utilized to troll for mahi and tuna, deep dropping for snapper and grouper, and multiple fishing scenarios in the Bahamas. They describe The Jade Rose as an all-around boat that allows them to travel up to St. Augustine or south to Palm Beach. Their favorite memory so far was a month-long trip this past summer, where they lived and worked in Freeport, Bahamas, with their families.

A key feature for them is the boat’s size and deck square footage, which allows them to invite the whole family and friends along. " If we’re going fishing, everyone is always invited. There’s room for everybody," Andrew said, "Just don't be late."

Thank you for sharing your Twin Vee story with us, Ken and Andrew. Here’s to more fun adventures on the water!
