The Oneonta History Center at 183 Main Street is offering pop-up shopping in December in addition to its year-round gift shop. The pottery of Alice Siegfried will be featured from Monday December 2 through Saturday December 7. Siegfried is a longtime member of the Greater Oneonta Historical Society (GOHS). Having learned pottery at SUNY Oneonta, she threw, glazed, and fired her artful and functional stoneware for 40 years until her retirement in 2011. There will be dozens of her pieces for sale, donated to GOHS from the estate of Collette and Jerry Shannon. From Monday December 9 through Sunday December 15, the pop-up shop will feature Annie and Chris Kuhns' note cards. Also GOHS members, the Kuhns moved to Oneonta in 2011. The cards reflect Annie Kuhn's talents in art and illustration and Chris Kuhn's in photography. And King's Kakery pastry shop, newly opened at 254 Main Street, will offer the desserts of owner Allison King, on Saturday December 14 and Saturday December 21.

The pottery of Alice Siegfried will be featured from Monday December 2 through Saturday December 7. Siegfried is a longtime member of the Greater Oneonta Historical Society (GOHS). Having learned pottery at SUNY Oneonta, she threw, glazed, and fired her artful and functional stoneware for 40 years until her retirement in 2011. There will be dozens of her pieces for sale, donated to GOHS from the estate of Collette and Jerry Shannon. From Monday December 9 through Sunday December 15, the pop-up shop will feature Annie and Chris Kuhns' note cards. Also GOHS members, the Kuhns moved to Oneonta in 2011. The cards reflect Annie Kuhn's talents in art and illustration and Chris Kuhn's in photography. And King's Kakery pastry shop, newly opened at 254 Main Street, will offer the desserts of owner Allison King, on Saturday December 14 and Saturday December 21.
