The United States Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is implementing the federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA)as a component of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020.

Under the CTA, FinCEN is required to establish and maintain a national registry of “beneficial owners” of certain entities deemed to be “reporting companies” with new filing requirements that became effective on January 1. Learn more at this complimentary webinar.
