We have missed having you in worship with us and we are glad that you are back! We have several opportunities for you to serve at New Covenant Worship Center! It's time to reconnect with the ministry and join us in service to the work of ministry. We believe that each of you has a place where you can put your hands and heart to work to help us to build God's kingdom right here! We are looking for YOU!

Spark Children's Ministry

Spark Teacher

Join our team as a Spark Teacher. You will be responsible for teaching one Sunday per month with all materials and lessons provided, we just you to provide your energy and excitement to teach our amazing students!

Spark Assistant

Not quite ready to teach on your own? That's fine, we have an opportunity for you to be a Spark Teacher Assistant. You will join a Spark Teacher once a month. We will have all the materials available for you.

Ignite Youth Teacher

Join our Ignite Teens teaching team. You'll be responsible for teaching our amazing teens once per month. All teaching materials and training will be provided. A background check is required for all children and youth positions

Mental Health Coach Training

Consider joining our Mental Health Coach Training. Mental health coaching is a form of strengths-based support. Coaches help clients develop a healthy balance in life, give guidance in decision making, offer support in navigating mental health difficulties, and assistance in establishing a recovery plan.

Mental health coaches are unlike licensed mental health care providers in that coaches do not diagnose or offer professional care or treatment for mental health difficulties and disorders. Coaches support any positive change, helping persons in professional care to manage symptoms, build support for recovery, and work on life goals such as relationships, work, and education. Mental health coaching is action-oriented with an emphasis on improving one’s present life and reaching goals for the future.

The training will be virtual and in-person hybrid with 40-hours of virtual training and several in-person classes.

Do you like connecting with people and connecting them to each other? Join our Covenant Connections team. You will be assigned individuals to contact each week and you will have the opportunity to share with them your excitement for our NCWC Family!

Small Group Leader Training

Our Small Groups are amazing, vibrant groups that meet regularly to connect with each other and with God. We are looking for more small group leaders. We provide a 6-session training to prepare and equip our small group leaders for success.

Usher and Greeter

Bring your warm personality and bright spirit to our usher and greeter team! You will serve 1-2 Sunday's per month and we will provide all of the training your team needs
