Nursery Rotation

(involves serving once a month/every 6 weeks)

Job description: Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of service to be prepared for children when they arrive. Warmly greet parents as they are dropping off their children, being present at the nursery counter. Attach name tags to the kids and diaper bags and give parents the parent tag for pick-up time. Make sure that visitors fill out a postcard with information about their child and fill out visitor name tag, giving the parents the parent tag for pick up-time. Diaper changing and bathroom is your responsibility (following the guidelines in the Leadership Handbook). Actively engage with children in the room by reading them books, enjoying free play, and maybe coloring too. Spend some quiet time with each child, if you feel lead you could pray for or with them! Show each child the love of Christ through your words and actions!

Elementary Worship Leader

(serve once a month)

Job description: Keep the morning routine on schedule. Receive the lesson on the Thursday before and be ready to lead the children. Lead worship time, object lesson/talk about video, and lead the Bible Story time. Show each child the love of Christ through your words and actions!

Check-in Greeter

(Fellowship Hall)

Job description: Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of service. Warmly greet families and help get kids checked in to KidLife Worship. Stay at counter until kids are dismissed from the service upstairs. At that time you can go up and enjoy the sermon. Leave service as last song begins to help with check-out of children.

KidLife Club (Wednesdays)

Male leader for 5th grade boys to serve along with Perry Pastula.

Female leader to join the 1st/2nd grade girls.

(due to changes in one of the leader's schedules)

Job description: Arrive on time and ready to warmly greet the children in your small group. Actively engage in all activities. This will encourage the kids to participate too! After the Large group lesson time you will take your kids to a designated classroom and lead the small group discussion time. At the time assigned to your group, you will lead your group to the gym for games or activities (designated areas). Show each child the love of Christ through your words and actions!
