What is the purpose of the survey?
NRG Oncology’s Diversity and Equity Inclusion (DEI) Committee would like to gain deeper insights into our organization's current climate and culture. You can learn more about NRG’s DEI Committee by viewing their Charter. Your participation will help us to evaluate NRG’s current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Are my responses anonymous/confidential?
Yes. NRG has partnered with the Survey Lab to ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of your responses. This research has been reviewed by the BSD IRB and determined to be exempt from IRB oversight. Nonetheless, the Survey Lab takes precautions to assure the privacy of the data we collect.
- All Survey Lab staff receive general and project-specific training to preserve respondent privacy; all staff also sign a pledge to that effect.
- Data we collect is stored on password and firewall protected servers that meet HIPAA compliance standards.
- We store contact information separately from the questionnaire and delete contacts when data collection is ended.

NRG Oncology will not know who submitted a survey nor see responses tied to specific individuals. We will only receive aggregate data.
Who may participate in this survey?
All NRG Oncology members are invited to participate. This includes Investigators, Clinical Research Professionals, Nurses, Data Managers, Committee Members, Staff, and those who participate in and contribute to the work done at NRG. All voices and perspectives are equally important for this survey.
How long will it take to complete the survey?
Please allow approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey. It may take more or less time depending on the level of detail each respondent wishes to include in their answers.

What if I did not receive the survey?
Please check your inbox and possibly your spam/junk mailbox for the invitation email and/or reminder emails. If you cannot find the message(s), please send an email to nrg-broadcasts@nrgoncology.org.
Can I ask someone in my organization to forward the email to me?
No. Each email contains a unique survey link.
Am I required to take the survey?
Although we would love your help to collect this important information from as many of our members as possible, participation is entirely optional. If you elect to take the survey, you can also skip questions or exit the survey at any time. For those who do not wish to complete the survey, you can unsubscribe from all reminders by opening the invitation emails and clicking the link at the bottom of the message.
