We Need Your Help!
We are building new resources to help support youth finding help with their own difficult questions and concerns about safe sexual behaviors.
Please share this survey with any youth between the ages of 14 and 21. The content on this survey is focused on where young people find help with sensitive and private information so that we can better reach them with our new resources.
We hope that you will share this anonymous and confidential survey with any youth you know – as a parent or family member; as a teacher, coach or counselor; as a community leader – in any relationship with a young person!
