The Unforeseen Hurdles:
Despite our meticulous planning, we faced unforeseen challenges. The eagerly awaited trailer, promised for May delivery, only graced us with its presence on November 13th. Communication gaps with the manufacturer compounded our struggles, leaving us with an unusable trailer, and putting a damper on our ambitious plans.
Navigating the Impact:
These setbacks have tested our resilience. Increased rent, a larger staff, limited menu options, and constrained food production have strained our resources. Despite achieving record-breaking sales, the financial strain has left us grappling with unexpected difficulties.
