Hope VAHQ Members,

2020 has been a year we will never forget! And… in 2021 there seems to be hope with vaccines, treatment modalities, Spring approaching and surges appearing to be receding!

As with many professional healthcare organizations such as ours, our opportunities to network and meet have been reduced to virtual events. We all miss not being able to meet face-to-face let’s hope we can meet again before 2021 is over.

We have a new webmaster, Amy Ridolphi. Welcome, Amy!!!
She is currently working on all the items we need to get our website up to full capacity. By the end of April, we hope to have our website renovations completed.

Call for VAHQ Webinar Recommendations
We are in need of webinar presenters for our 2021 schedule. We plan to offer at least 5 to 6 webinars this year and are required to submit our virtual webinar goals/objectives to NAHQ in advance to obtain CE credits for our members. Each NAHQ CE approved event costs us $100. You receive this CPHQ CE for FREE as a VAHQ member.

We encourage you to take advantage of this membership benefit and recruit others to join VAHQ today!

For those CPHQs who present a one-hour webinar, you are eligible for 4 CE hours toward your recertification. Refer to page 5 of the NAHQ CPHQ 2020 Candidate Recertification Handbook HERE. Please consider volunteering to present a CE session over lunch on the day of your choice or recommend a colleague.
