Together, we served more than 1,200 Veteran households, helping 473 Veterans move into housing—a 157% increase over the year before. As a result, Veteran homelessness in Jacksonville dropped by more than 40%.

This progress is real—and it’s because of you.

Through strong partnerships and a coordinated, data-driven approach, we are reaching Veterans faster, connecting them to housing, and building a system that works.

But we’re not done.

In 2026, we aim to reduce Veteran homelessness by another 34%—bringing us closer than ever to ending it altogether.
