Meet our Quality Control Manager, Mike Picciotta

Greetings!
We'd like to introduce you to our Quality Control Manager, Mike Picciotta. Mike is an Engineering professional with over 20 years’ of experience specializing in product quality.
He started at Prototype Short-Run Services LLC in June 2016. Although new to the Prototype team, he has been working with us for many years as a customer.
Mike enjoys mountain biking, off-roading and camping. It's a pleasure having Mike on our team!

The state-of-the-art equipment and expertise of the staff at Prototype & Short-Run Services enable us to create prototype stampings in a range of different materials and thicknesses.
We commonly work with beryllium copper, aluminum, nickel alloys, copper, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, titanium, Kovar, 17-7 PH, carbon steel, brass, Micarta, and more.
We can also work with a variety of other alloys as customers require.
American Wire EDM’s 9,000-square-foot production machine shop houses an array of advanced wire EDM machining equipment. Our high-performance, high-precision, computer-automated speed machining equipment helps us deliver the parts and components our customers need with accuracy within ± 0.0001” and perfect repeatability from the first part to the thousandth and beyond.
