Campus Access Protocols
We are actively working with local law enforcement agencies, including the Imperial County Sheriff, local police departments, and federal agencies such as Customs and Border Patrol and Homeland Security, to ensure they do not come onto campus without proper notice, valid subpoenas, or court orders. While these conversations are ongoing, it is our hope that they will notify us before any action takes place. Most importantly, we are working to ensure they do not engage in activities that disrupt your learning or create fear within our campus community.
- Support for Dreamer Students:
We remain committed to supporting our undocumented and Dreamer students by providing resources and safe spaces. Our Dream Resource Program serves as a hub for information and referrals to immigration-related services available to community members. This office is not a location for enforcement activity. We will continue to vigorously oppose any efforts to target individuals or access our records without proper legal authority.
