Imagine the life of Harriet Ikiria (pictured above) before her village had access to clean water. In her own words: “My name is Harriet Ikiria, and I’m from Kajeleik Village. I have four kids. I am very grateful for Family Humanitarian blessing us with the borehole. We are so happy that we now have clean water. Before we were blessed with the borehole, we were fetching water from a very dirty place, and we would share the same water with the animals. We had a lot of illnesses more so with the kids and also the adults. All of us were always sick because of dirty water. As of now, because we have the borehole, we are so so happy for the help that you have given us. We ask you if there is another opportunity for even other villages to be blessed with clean water, we ask you to help with that. We are very very happy for the borehole. Thank you!”
