Travel & Production Zone Information (Travel Time & Mileage)
PLEASE NOTE: The times below may be different than what production originally gave you. Please use these times from now on. I will send a separate communication to HODs and 2nds about how the Production Zone functions.
This show is all over the map, literally!
There are specified travel times and mileage reimbursements for travel to certain locations. Mileage is only payable for self-drive personal vehicles which aren't receiving a rental amount (or being filled with production gas).
Accounting has special forms to submit for mileage reimbursement.
Travel time must be marked on your timesheet - usually as "travel in" and "travel out". The travel times will typically be posted on the call sheet for the day.
Once you've landed in the Lunenburg Production Zone, all travel within the Zone is unpaid. However, you will get paid for the travel in to and out of the Zone.
The amount paid depends on which location you report to when you first land in the zone, and which location you wrap from when you leave the Zone. See below.
