Unlike the past, we can no longer designate the location where babies are sent to die or offer help to women on the sidewalk. And while we are thankful for every single life that is saved because of our laws, we are aware that abortion is more shrouded in secrecy than ever before.
As the DA of West Baton Rouge, Tony Clayton, stated regarding the abortion coercion case slated for trial in May, anyone can purchase the pills in a casual manner, in just "a matter of a couple of clicks" and “for 150 bucks, [abortion doctors] put poison in the mail.”
In other words, a minor, a drug peddler, or a predator, can swiftly order abortion pills with no questions asked, making abortion more dangerous than ever!
During this upcoming legislative session, new legislation will be introduced to continue the battle against abortion drug dealers. We look forward to sharing more with you soon!
At The Summit, we will discuss the abortion pill crisis as well as hear how we can help women in our communities that are grieving after pregnancy loss or abortion. Please join us!
