Dear Friends and Neighbors,

While we can all agree that this year has held far too much fear, loss, and frustration, it has been heartening to see that this year has also brought out the best in our community. This Holiday Season, my wish for all of us is the ability to see the light shining in the darkness as we recognize the near end of this devastating pandemic and a return to some new normalcy. We should also hold on to the spirit of caring for one another that we have rediscovered during the past several months. I wish you all peace, love, and especially hope during this season of miracles.

I am happy to share some good news!
It is the season of giving and there is still time if you can

My husband and other first responders have begun receiving their first vaccines! While I will not be eligible to get mine for some time, he reports no ill-effects at all and it gives us some security since he has continued to work in the hospital every day throughout this pandemic.
