Campus Repairs and Improvements
In the month of December, we have begun to make improvements and repairs on our campus as part of the ongoing stewardship of our spaces.
We replaced the hot water heater in the Hawthorne Place housing area, made repairs to our hot water heating system, and have undertaken engineering and planning for the replacement of the HVAC for the gymnasium.
This week we have had Phipps Masonry on-site to complete much-needed repairs to the stairway into the 1952 chapel building. The stairway that has been unstable and leaking for quite some time is being regrouted, deep cleaned, and sealed. This will return use of this entrance to the chapel from 5th Street.
