Important notice re Gym Membership:
From June 15 we intend to re-activate gym memberships. Memberships will give access to the facility and class timetable according to your membership type. If your membership was active prior to
when we took the proactive step to suspend all memberships and payments, it will
automatically become active again on 15 June
. Billing will occur on June 15 for a half month to June 30 and then regular billing will resume on July 1 as per our previous schedule.
If you don't wish to have your membership re-activated,
please ensure you contact Elite PT by email at firstname.lastname@example.org by
no later than June 12
in order to cancel or further suspend your membership. As per our cancellation guidelines, we must have this request emailed by this date.
If your membership was cancelled before this date and you would now like to re-activate or would like to discuss your membership options, you can phone reception on 9523 5842 or email email@example.com. Our current office hours are 6-11am Monday-Friday, and 7am-12pm Saturday. If we're unable to take your call, please leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you within 24 hrs.
We will be implementing traffic control procedures to comply with social spacing guidelines and while we hope this will be smooth and not inconvenience you we would also appreciate your patience and understanding while we adapt to these new guidelines. Safety is paramount. As such we would encourage those members who can attend the gym in off-peak times (11am-4pm) to do so to reduce numbers in the peak times and to reduce the chances of your session being delayed or interrupted.
Other services resuming at this time will include:
-1 on 1 Personal Training - Indoors and outdoors
-2 on 1 Personal Training - Indoors and outdoors
-Casual visits to classes on our timetable, however this will require pre-booking and is subject to availability
Retail sales of snacks, supplements, beverages, coffee, etc
*Please note: the creche will NOT be operational in the start-up phase, but we hope to resume this service in the near future.
Group training changes:
The group training schedule has changed due to ongoing COVID restrictions but this will evolve over time. For the immediate future, there will be no boxing classes due to the close contact nature of the class until a further relaxing of the restrictions occurs (the current Public Health Order prevents contact). Run groups will not return until outdoor group size restrictions (currently up to a maximum of 10) are eased. We anticipate that these classes will soon be included on our Group Training timetable.
