Hello Theatre Friends!

When we asked 24 artists if they would each paint a birdhouse for us we had no idea what their responses would be. Well let me tell you, they LOVED the idea and they went to task! The result was 24 of the most beautiful and unique birdhouses you will see. I’m not sure you would want them for birds in the garden….but rather for a cherished spot in your home, as these are all works of art!

Artist David Fisher amazed us with his tribute to Snoopy and the Red Baron, complete with Woodstock perched on the top of the house!

Artist Susan Anderson included the most beautiful wooded landscape totally encapsulating the entire house.

The FEATHER OUR NEST - BIRDHOUSE ART AUCTION will take place from August 9th - August 15th.

24 INCREDIBLE HAND PAINTED BIRDHOUSE UP FOR AUCTION!

PLEASE help us to raise funds for Theatre Collingwood.

The auction will be taking place on our Instagram account at: www.instagram.com/theatrecollingwood.

Bidding starts at 10am on Monday, August 9th. You can learn more about it there or on our Facebook page. Or if you don’t touch social media, please feel free to call the office at 705-445-2200.

Each birdhouse has been painted by an artist and is a one-of-a-kind work of art.

This silent auction will finish on August 15^th at our SUNDAY AT THE VINEYARD event, so we hope you will join us there, too! If you can’t make it to the vineyard and want to place a bid after the auction ends on Instagram, you can call our office Friday to arrange for someone to bid for you.

This auction and the SUNDAY IN THE VINEYARD event are fund raisers for Theatre Collingwood, and will help our not-for-profit theatre company to REIGNITE and allow us to continue to support our Canadian artists and our community, by presenting live theatre and music into the future.
