We are very pleased to announce a new role and a new team member to Best Doctors Canada Insurance! DeLaney Auger. As a Client Experience Associate, DeLaney will focus on assisting clients with service-related inquiries, claims and issues.
As we strive to grow in Canada, DeLaney will be an integral part of our team. Her primary role and responsibilities are to ensure our members and advisers receive an excellent client experience at Best Doctors Canada Insurance.
In her previous roles, DeLaney worked as an operation manager and claims analyst, experience that will be very valuable to our continuous growth in Canada.
