FUN FROM LAST MONTH
Thank you to all of our Club members who have become virtual pioneers with us over the past month through our Virtual Club programming! From storytelling, homework help, dancing and more, we greatly enjoyed seeing all of your smiling faces.

Here are some shout-outs for our Club members who have truly paved the way for this new and exciting virtual Club platform:
Taylor Bonner

Taylor is part of the Red Team which is our 6th, 7th, 8th grade team. She has been participating in our Power Hour homework help, and loves dancing. Taylor is very involved in the TikTok app and has taught the staff and other Club members many of her favorite dance moves.
Maddie Dodson

Maddie has attended our Virtual Club Experience the most along with her cat “Sugar”. She is in our youngest age group, Yellow which is our 2nd-3rd graders, and is always ready to participate in any singing, dancing and Pictionary.
Hazen Dunn

Hazen is a Red Team Member, and one of our first Pioneers in our Virtual Club Experience. Hazen enjoys video games, dirt biking and is great at solving riddles; he has solved every Daily Riddle to date.
Erin Whittaker

Erin is also in our Yellow Team, and has attended our Power Hour Homework Help the most. She always has homework prepared along with something to share. At the Club, Erin would always share her toys and this has carried over into our Virtual Club Experience.

Parents/Guardians of Boys & Girls Club of Greater Shasta,

We are taking a survey of our Club families about the upcoming summer. Due to the spread of COVID-19 and the continuously evolving policies and regulations surrounding social distancing and infection control, we are unable to confirm plans for a summer program at this time. We are looking into different scenarios to allow us to continue to serve our members and we are wanting to get an estimate of how many members we would have during the summer.

The main question we are asking is: If we are allowed to have a summer program would your child attend?
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Shasta will continue to provide food to families during these unprecedented times. If any family is interested in receiving a weekly bag of food for your family, you may register on a weekly basis by clicking the link below. Food will be available for pick-up on Friday of each week.  All families wishing to participate must register by Wednesday to receive your food on Friday.
We will send out confirmation emails to all registrants with more information on the time and pick-up location.
