Things to Know for your Appointment:
Wear a mask - please bring your own if you have one available. We will provide you with one upon arrival if you do not have one of your own.
Assistant/family member must wait outside.Our staff will help patients upon entering and exiting the office, as needed. If a patient requires an individual to attend an appointment with them, that individual will be asked to follow all the same protocols.
Call the office upon arrival to alert your practitioner that you arrived for your appointment so that we can prepare for you to enter safely.
Respond to our COVID-19 questions during the check-in process.
Use hand sanitizer provided during your visit.
Follow Social Distancing as recommended by public health officials.
What to Expect from Us:
We will be wearing facial coverings, gloves, and protective eye wear during your visit.
We will sanitize and clean in accordance with current recommended guidelines. This includes wiping down common surfaces and items with disinfectant.
We will manage social distancing requirements by staggering appointments.
