I have a question for you. What entices you to open an email? Is it because of who it's from or the subject line? According to a study by SuperOffice, 45% of subsctibers say they will read an email based on who it's from and 33% will open it based on the subject line. So there's that.

But, when you open the email, you expect, and should receive, value.

At PowHer Haven, we want to make sure you are getting value-- in the events we offer, the networking opportunities, and this monthly newsletter.

So, I'd like to ask you to do 3 things to help us deliver on that promise:

1. Tell us what you want--what would you like to see more of or less of?
2. Share us with your email list--we want to grow our membership and the best way to do that, is by helping us spread the word.
3. Use the power of PowHer Haven to market your business--we are fortunate to have a wealth of expertise in our community and would love to be a megaphone for your business. Women Owned Businesses in the #ROC

The region that birthed the women's rights movement is home to so many women-owned businesses. That makes our heart happy. :-)

In honor of Women's History Month last month, VisitRochester did a roundup of the plethora of businesses in and around the Rochester area that are owned by women.
