With the recent announcement of a statewide stay-at-home order, we want to assure you that First Commerce will remain open and will continue to provide service to our members in the same way we have over the last few weeks. The stay-at-home order will not affect our ability to serve you. We are considered an essential service and will remain open to serve our members.
We continue to offer extended hours in our drive-thrus and the Contact Center. While our lobbies remain closed for health safety reasons, members have the option to schedule an appointment for “contactless” service at a financial center for material needs only, such as instant issue debit cards, cashier’s checks, and safe deposit box access.

First Commerce members also have a variety of remote banking and "contactless" service options to manage all your banking needs!

COVID-19 RELIEF PROGRAMS
As an SBA lender, First Commerce is providing information for local businesses about the administration of the Payroll Protection Program, including the application.
In addition, to help  relieve potential financial hardships for both our  consumer and business members,  we are offering automatic one-month loan deferrals on qualified First Commerce loans (except mortgages), and quick access to cash under our Pandemic Relief Loan. We are also waiving fees on emergency withdrawals from certificates of deposit, ATM transactions and Contact Center services.
