Dear Friends,

BHHS Class of 1964 celebrated their reunion with a weekend of festivities and a tree planting on campus.

Many of you were recently challenged by friends and family members to take the ice bucket challenge and you did.  Love that!

Fortunately, none of us need to pour ice cold water on our heads to remind us how important it is to support public education. Our children are our future and investment in public education assures that future will be bright. We are teaching future geneticists and scientists who will hopefully find a cure for ALS and other diseases. Future lawyers who will advocate for patient rights. Future marketing executives  who will create brilliant marketing strategies like the ice bucket challenge. Future writers, musicians and performers who will lift our souls through art.

The Beverly Hills Education Foundation exists for one reason and one reason only. To support each of our 5  public schools. With your generous donations, we brought STEM programming to every sixth grader, and provide ongoing support for athletics, art and music, journalism, debate, robotics, and so much more!  This year, BHEF is  especially proud to fund the newly created position of Dean of College Admissions.  College admissions have gotten so competitive, we owe it to our students to give them all the tools they need for success. Please join us in welcoming Ah Young Chi to our school community!
