Since 1980, GLCF has been providing Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loans to small businesses throughout the State of Michigan to help them buy, build or refinance fixed assets such as real estate, construction, and equipment. We are one of only three primary certified development companies offering SBA 504 loans in Michigan. In addition to 504 lending, we’ve been packaging 7(a) loans for banks and credit unions around the state since 2011.
The new name builds on 40 years of service and clarifies who we are along with the services we offer. In addition to the name change, we also have a new logo, which is designed to convey trust, security and economic development, while paying homage to our organization’s history of supporting businesses in the Great Lakes region.
Our 2017 merger with SBA 504 program partner Lakeshore 504, 2019 office relocation to Grandville and newly refreshed brand identity bring many exciting and positive changes that ultimately help us serve you better.
