The past weeks have been challenging for all of us but you have proved that our TCAA family is resilient and strong.
Difficult decisions had to be made in the past few days that will impact us all. We hope these decisions will keep our family members safe and healthy. With that said,
we have decided not to automatically resume school on Monday, April 6th, and instead continue to keep TCAA, FWAFA, and TeSA closed until further notice. We will continue learning through online education and plan to continue following guidance from the Governor, and monitoring federal, state, and local agencies as well as surrounding school districts. When we feel it is safe for our children and all of you, we will reopen.
Along with this closure update, it is with heavy hearts that we will need to cancel all spring performances and art shows, prom, and the senior trip.
We know this is not the ideal situation but we encourage you to keep supporting one another, reaching out to your principals and teachers, and doing what you do best… loving on our children and each other. Let us know if you need anything. We are here to serve and support you. This too shall pass. We hope before long we will be back together.

Our students are finding new ways to explore and create while away from school. We applaud our parents for helping inspire your children to learn and grow while at home even while many of you are still working full days!

Just before Spring Break, we mailed out 100's of acceptance letters. It has been so much fun seeing the smiling faces of our future students! #TeSABOUND
Our teachers and students have been missing seeing each other so we are all VERY happy to have our Zoom accounts up and running! Ms. Simmons met with SGT and TBC and obviously they were all very excited to reconnect.
FWAFA faculty have been meeting regularly, even from home, and decided to have a themed meeting - the Men & Women in Black. What a fun idea!
In a time of self-isolation and social distancing, it's still important to get outside! We love that our students are still creating and leaving artwork out for neighbors to enjoy while on walks.

Our principals came together this year to start a new tradition - one that recognizes all the hard work and accomplishments of our faculty and staff. This month we wanted to shine some light on some of our amazing administrative team as they have truly joined forces and kept us all afloat as we have been navigating unchartered waters during this pandemic.
Seeing them recognize each other is really heartwarming...enjoy!
