Dear Friends:

On December 1, 2020 our board president wrote to you on giving to our institution on Giving Tuesday. He is a gifted story teller and his message was honest and clear. Many of you gave to us and we are so appreciative. Your gifts will come back to you in many ways all involving the photograph.

One thing Drew wrote in his appeal letter made an impact on me. What he said was, "So here I am, approaching the end of a tumultuous year, and I am knocking on your door asking for your help. This year is not like years’ past. I am asking that you support homelessness and poverty and give food to your local foodbank. These are causes that are most in need. However, as president of the Board of the Griffin, I would be remiss if I did not also ask for your donation to the Museum."

Drew asked for your help and now so am I. Through our mission we bring the photograph to life for all, through our many exhibitions, programs, reviews and classes.

Our home is your home, in Winchester and the ether.

"Knock-knock."

With gratitude,

Paula
