Now Hiring A Part Time Housekeeper/Gardener
Job Brief:
B-Love’s Guest House located in West Oakland is a company within Starchild Enterprise. We are a unique accommodation in Oakland with a creative space and beautiful urban garden. We are seeking a part time housekeeper for weekly duties of housekeeping, support with creative projects, and gardening
Position Starts Immediately
Pay rate is depending on experience
Time expectation & availability
·
Monday 12:00 noon to 5pm
·
Wednesday 12:00pm 7:30pm
·
Friday 12:00 noon to 5pm
Responsibilities:
·
Follow detailed worksheet for weekly cleaning of guesthouse which includes kitchen, bathroom, living room, picking up trash and sweeping front of house
·
Change bedding
·
Sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, shampoo rugs as needed
·
Empty garbage in kitchen, bathroom and office
·
Help with gardening
·
Help with seasonal weekly juice stand, (monthly and weekly in the summer)
·
Help with Starchild Enterprise creative projects
Skills and Ability:
·
Excellent organizational & prioritization skills
·
Commitment to doing your best until the job is done
·
Must be comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
·
Must be personable and a good communicator with a strong sense of customer service.
·
As a creative space if applicant has visual or performance art experience that is a plus.
Qualifications:
·
Housekeeping experience
·
Must be detail-oriented
·
Artistic skill is a plus
·
Gardening experience
