Lexis Rae Hair Studio Opens for Business
RIBBON CUTTING
Lexi Rae Hair Studio officially opened for business on August 6. Arnold explained that they did some renovations to the space such as internal painting, built a wall for mixing color, an area to be used as a workspace, and added two manicure stations. “My goal is for our clients to feel relaxed, comfortable and leave feeling refreshed.”

Arnold has been in the hair business for 4.5 years and has loved doing hair since she was very young. “I was blessed with an awesome job right out of beauty school and had always dreamed of opening up my own salon.” Although the timing was sooner than she had anticipated, Arnold said, “God opened this door for us, and the timing just fell into place. It’s been a whirlwind to the point, but it has been fun and exciting to see what happens next.”

Updating the 4-H Park Master Plan

The Wells County 4-H Association is now collecting ideas and input for the 4-H Park Master Plan.
Input is being collected from a printed survey available at the County Extension Office and online at www.extension.purdue.edu/wells .
Participants may also go directly to the survey online at:   bit.ly/4HParkPlan
The ideas and suggestions will help the planning committee prepare a 4-H Park Master Plan. The Master Plan will then be used by the 4-H Association to determine future improvements and goals for the 40-acre park and fairgrounds.
Surveys and input should be completed by September 15.
For more information about the 4-H Park Master Plan, contact the Purdue Extension Service – Wells County, 1240 4-h Park Road, Bluffton, IN 46714. 260-824-6412.
