YOU matter. We are in this together. Those are two things Orange County Government wants to make sure you know.

Throughout the month of May, Mental Health Awareness month, and beyond we encourage you to make your health and well-being a top priority. Check out Mental Health America's screening tools as a quick easy way to determine whether you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
Have you visited the OC MINDMATTERS webpage yet?! In addition to a vast array of tools and resources, you'll also find podcasts about relevant mental health topics.

Check out the first episode with Licensed Mental Health Counselor Lauren Josephs. She takes a dive into how to understand our feelings and when to seek help.
Show us your green! On Tuesday, May 18, employees are encouraged to wear green in support of Mental Health Awareness month. When taking your photo, be sure to
  • Use good lighting
  • Clean your phone/camera lens
  • Take photo horizontally
  • Send in the largest size possible

Send your photos to HREvents@ocfl.net as early as you can on May 18.
