LAST WEEKEND
After Sunday morning worship on Facebook LIVE we headed right over to Sunday School and Youth Group via ZOOM! A totally normal thing to do, right? It was so awesome to see these smiling faces and interact with them via this video chat service.

Let's continue to stay connected! Please join us for worship next Sunday at 9 am on Facebook LIVE. If you weren't able to join us this past Sunday you can watch the service on Facebook . You do not need a Facebook account to see all the pictures, conversations, and last Sunday’s worship. Simply click the link here !
VIRTUAL SOUP SUPPER
SPRING BREAK EDITION
Wednesday, April 1 until 8 pm
It's our final virtual soup supper and we're heading out for SPRING BREAK ! Who's in? Wear your loudest Hawaiian shirt, flip flops, sunglasses, visors and bring along your pool toys! And, don't forget your soup! Here's how it works:
1. Make soup (or whatever, really!)
2. Take a picture of your soup and your people
3. Post it on GLC's Facebook page and have fun watching where everyone is "spending their spring break" while enjoying their soup!
HOLDEN EVENING PRAYER
Wednesday, April 1 @ 8 pm
Light a candle, get comfortable, and listen to a new installment of Holden Evening Prayer. We'll post it on our Facebook page and also on our website under the Read and Hear tab. This will not be a LIVE service.

E-DEVOTIONS
Many of you are missing having a copy of this month's The Word in Season devotional. We were able to deliver or mail copies of this publication to our homebound members of the congregation before the call to shelter in place. We unfortunately are not able to make these available to the rest of you at this time. The good news is there are many online devotions and email devotions! Here are a couple of online devotionals that may help you connect with God: Our Daily Bread and Center for Action and Contemplation(Father Richard Rohr)
GLC DIRECTORIES
We're trying all sorts of new ways to connect with others while we shelter-in-place! But how about sending a card or a word of encouragement in the mail to someone you think might need it (that could apply to all of us, really). If you need an address of someone, please reach out to Julie Slifka to request an electronic copy of the GLC Directory. #generouslifeinChrist
We lift up in prayer
  • The Danly family
  • The people who are isolated
  • The people who live in care facilities
  • The families who can't have funerals
  • The people who are sick with the virus
  • The health care workers
  • The people who are struggling with anxiety in this crisis
  • The people who have lost jobs
