We are pleased to announce the 2-year Anniversary of

SilverSage Physician services!

It was on July 1, 2016 that SilverSage was formed and started the process towards improving Quality of Care in

Post-Acute and Long-Term-Care.

SilverSage is growing, we are now in 7 states and continuing to expand.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the many who signed up as our SilverSage support team and anyone who has simply expressed their support. Without the involvement and enthusiasm of these people

we would not be where we are today.

Of course, we must thank our Founder, Dr. Kenneth Scott Jr. who fell in love with PALTC. His motivation led him to lobby and change healthcare law in several states to the betterment of the aging senior.

His leadership and experience help our Company grow professionally.

Our Co-Owner, Dr. Toby Smith’s dedication and guidance have been a welcome addition. His Geriatric experience and skills provide us with the resources needed to be a strong voice in PALTC.

We must also thank our loyal and dedicated staff, especially our Corporate staff – Lauren Cooley, Sharon Scott and Evan Johnson who have tirelessly supported and been flexible in the growth of our company.
