The Food Bank Network of Somerset County proudly presents the 2024 Annual Report, a testament to our unwavering commitment to alleviating hunger and uplifting lives in one of the wealthiest yet most food-insecure regions in the nation.

In a year marked by both challenges and growth, we expanded our reach through new satellite pantries, increased mobile food distributions, and bolstered support programs like our Backpack Program, now serving nearly 1,800 children across 25 schools.

With over 32,000 client visits, 2 million pounds of food distributed, and the addition of a full-time social worker to connect clients with essential wrap-around services, 2024 reflects not only the resilience of our community but also the power of collective action.

This report encapsulates the vital partnerships, dedicated volunteers, and generous supporters who make our mission possible—ensuring that no neighbor in Somerset County goes hungry
