Your Nextrio IT team is carefully monitoring national COVID-19 news, with a particular eye on what's happening directly in our local Tucson community. Because we know that your business and employees depend on the critical IT systems we support, I want to reassure you that Nextrio is prepared and will fully support you through the next few weeks whether you are working from the office or from home.  
  • Starting Monday, March 16th, we will shift onsite meetings and technical office visits to happen exclusively via remote technologies. This means we'll be using the tools you are familiar with (like remote access to your computer) and holding audio/video conferences. We will also expand options for support using online chat, email and shared Microsoft Teams channels with your primary point of contact. Until April 13th, onsite technical visits will be available only to solve emergency situations, particularly with our healthcare and first responder clients, and only on a case-by-case basis.
  • The entire Nextrio team has been prepared to work from home and support your business. Each team member has the equipment and services available to connect with you virtually - via chat, video, email and/or phone. We have started putting those work from home plans into action. By being proactive, we hope that this shift will be subtle and measured, such that your support will continue seamlessly.
  • Your account team will work with you to best understand your business continuity plans and stay connected. We want to be your lifeline for navigating through these business challenges through communication tools and simply talking more frequently. We want you to be as productive as you need to be!
  • Please note that while we expect to still be able to receive some deliveries at the office, we will not be able to receive or service customer equipment dropped-off at the Nextrio office until April 13th.
  • Rest assured that we are here for you and will continue to keep you updated. Nextrio support hours will remain Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and our 24x7 support hotline will remain available to those who need it.

IT is a critical function, particularly as you consider possible shifts in your own environments, and it's never too late for us to help you get organized and prepare. The entire Nextrio team takes our obligations to you and each other very seriously. We appreciate your patience and commit to going the extra mile to keep your operations as close to normal as possible.
