Consensus Laboratory now offers Consensus Health patients a broad menu of accurate and affordable laboratory testing options available in Suite A5 in the same Country Office Condo building complex as our Montville office (formerly at the Labcorp location), as well as an in-house phlebotomist in our Lincoln Park location.

A prescription from any healthcare provider within the Consensus Health medical group is required to receive services at Consensus Laboratory.

The in-house laboratory testing and screening services performed at Consensus Laboratory offers patients a convenient means by which to obtain quality test results from our trained technical staff — as quickly as possible — often within 24 hours, depending on the type of test.

The new well-equipped Consensus Health laboratory features state-of-the-art instruments and boasts a comprehensive laboratory testing menu, which spans most of the routine testing typically ordered by your healthcare provider.

Consensus Health is dedicated to providing customers with accurate and helpful information regarding their bills. Information on financial assistance programs, insurance questions and other matters related to payment is also available by calling the Consensus Health Billing Department at (856) 762-0210. Representatives are available to discuss your laboratory bill or to update insurance information, as needed.
