COUNTDOWN TO CAMP!
You'll be at camp in less than one week and we can't wait! We are sending this email to share our excitement for your arrival at camp and to provide details for our
Drive-Thru Check-in process!
Please read this email carefully and monitor any symptoms as you prepare for the journey to camp.
Drive-Thru Check-in!
·       We’ll have outdoor stations that will be run by camp staff. There will be signs and people instructing you where to go.
·       Families are asked to stay in their vehicles. Campers can exit after completing the registration process.
·       To help this process go smoothly we ask:
  • Have all forms and medications ready and easily accessible. (Not packed away)
  • We recommend you make payments prior to your arrival at camp using Camp Wise or calling our office. If you have any questions about your balance please contact our office. (218) 227-5107
  • If you need to make a payment during registration we strongly encourage a check payment. (We are able to take Credit Card payments at camp but this will slow the process.)

·      Check-in/Registration will be from 2:30pm - 3:30pm
Health Screening
Our Camp Emmaus Health Care Coordinator will be asking a series of questions upon arrival, as well as taking the campers' temperatures. In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending camp, this will be the first check-in station.

Please monitor any symptoms leading up to your arrival at camp -
and let us know if your camper is unable to attend camp due to illness.
Bring Cash for Canteen
To help with the registration and pick-up process, this summer we will only accept cash for Canteen.
Please have this ready upon your arrival.
Canteen will be open twice a day.
There will be food items along with a variety of camp store goods!

Food items range $1-$3, Non-Food items range $2-$45

We are excited to have the camp store open this summer for campers during the week and for families on Fridays!
Pick-Up Information!
If the weather permits, you are welcome to join us around the campfire pit for closing worship on
Friday, June 16th at 11am!
If it is raining, however, we will do our closing worship in the chapel
and won't be able to safely accommodate families.
We apologize in advance if this is the case!

Campers will be ready for pick-up at 11:30am. You are welcome to take a look at the lake, stop by the canteen to pick up some treats or camp store goodies, and take a few photos of your camper(s) around main camp before your departure! Don't forget to check-out your camper(s) with the Pathways staff!
