Dear Marine parents,

The mission of MarineParents.com, Inc., is to provide support, information, and services to Marines and their family members, and create opportunities for the public to support our troops through the organization's outreach programs. We are truly honored and thankful that we have been able to fulfill this mission for almost 15 years and it would not have been possible without YOU.

The holiday season is officially upon us, and we'd like to begin it by wishing the Marine Parents family a Happy Thanksgiving! We hope you enjoy this special time of year with your family, friends, and loved ones. For those of you who won't be able to celebrate the holiday with your Marine this year, we want you to know that we appreciate the sacrifice your Marine and family are making on our behalf. We would also like to take this time to say how thankful we are for you supporting our outreach.

We are thankful for you reading our newsletters, for spreading awareness of our outreach programs, and for donating to our fundraisers. We are thankful for you telling us about the needs of Marines and their family members. We are thankful that, because of you, we are able to help these families in need.

We are thankful for our donors and for those who shop at the EGA Shop , where 100% of the proceeds benefit the outreach programs of MarineParents.com . We are thankful for our volunteers who selflessly serve the social networking members, the Marines and military personnel who rely on our services each week on the East and West coast, and those who read the vast amount of detailed and important information we share on our
educational websites. We are thankful for our 54 Team Marine Parents participants for fundraising almost $30,000 this year for our outreach programs.

With your help, we've been able to provide support to many Marines Corps families this year. You helped us send 40 Marines to LCpl Cody Haley's funeral . You helped us support the Gold Star Mother of PFC Michael Giannattasio . Your donations helped send two Marines to Wyoming to repair a Gold Star family's home. As a result of you spreading awareness of the Luminary Initiative , 4,690 people across the country lit luminaries to honor fallen heroes. You also made it possible to help two Marine families in Puerto Rico who were affected by the recent hurricanes. You helped us send Warrior Reintegration Bags to 80 veterans. You help us make connections with and provide fellowship to dozens of warriors weekly. By supporting us, you have helped us maintain an educational website and a place to connect and share for Marine family members during every stage of the Corps.

This year you have helped us with countless other acts of outreach and education. With your help, we will continue to support Marines and their family members this next year and for many years to come. Thank you for your support. Have a great Thanksgiving!

God bless and Semper Fi!
Giving Tuesday

In November we have one day for giving thanks, two for getting deals, and now we have a day to give back. Be a part of this global celebration of generosity and giving back by joining Marine Parents on November 28 as we make it a happy holiday season for our Marines.

TMP Runners Run in Honor of Nine Fallen Service Members
In addition to fundraising and spreading awareness of Marine Parents, our 2017 Team Marine Parents runners ran the Marine Corps Marathon in honor of nine fallen service members. Each runner wore a ribbon with a fallen hero's name and photo on it and attached it to their bibs with a battle cross lapel pin. Thank you, TMP runners, for honoring Gold Star family members.
