Fostering a Healthy and Equitable Community
for all in the Pajaro Valley
As we kick-off this holiday season, we are reminded that we couldn't be more thankful for our community, our friends, and family. It is because of you that we work to achieve a healthy and equitable community for all, and it is with you that we begin to wrap up 2020 and start looking towards a new day.

We are working now to launch several new programs and initiatives in the new year and the heart of it all is the community we are working to support, build and look forward to safely being able to bring together once more.

Wishing you and your loved ones the happiest and healthiest of holidays, from all of us at the Community Health Trust!
