Fingerprint Requirement for Background Studies Continues

At this time, DHS is requiring current employees with a cleared provisional background check to complete the fingerprinting and photo portion of their background check.

DHS has granted an extension for providers to assist with the volume of studies that need to be completed for all workers who had an emergency study, those workers who were hired from April 2020 through October 2021.

As the MRCI-CDS HR team continues to work on getting the emergency studies updated, please note the email for workers to complete their study will come from dhs.netstudy2@state.mn.us and will contain instructions on how to complete the fingerprinting process. Employees must get their fingerprints taken within 14 days of the date they receive the email to meet the requirement for continued employment.
